I've purchased two other new cars in my life and Fox Mazda was by far the best process from initial talks with the sales associate (Dave C and Carter J), to test driving, to negotiation (including trade-in for one round), to financing (and working with the finance department. In addition, they have a technology specialist who sets you up with bluetooth and various tech features. I've purchased from and visited other dealerships. Too high-pressure with their sales, sneaky in negotiations, lack of clarity. Not the case with Dave or Carter (and I presume the Fox Mazda sales approach).
